Sleep Well Yoga Flow

It’s so important in these continually changing times to have a good nights sleep or at least do your best to set yourself up for one.

I wanted to share a video I made in 2018 for a project. It’s a simple short flow - 10 minutes start to finish - so it will fit into a wind-down routine.

You can do the poses on the floor, on your mat or in your bed! It’s completely up to you.
