To give you the best experience, I’d love to learn more about what you’re looking for and what you need. Whether you’re focusing on specific goals, trying out a new style of yoga, or have particular requirements, feel free to share the details with me.

I’m here to make sure you get the most out of your 1-1 session.

  • It's great to have your own yoga mat or grippy mat to practice on with enough space around you. You will need a phone, tablet or laptop with camera to set up for the online class. The link is sent via Zoom. It's good to have a camera so that I can see you as we practice to help with guidance and to offer modifications.

    You might also want to have a couple of props like blocks, a strap, or cushions, but we can adapt the class to whatever you have available. Also I can give suggestions on alternate household items that can be good substitutes.

  • The class is completely tailored to you and your needs, giving you my undivided attention throughout. I know how daunting it can feel to try something new or to carve out space for yourself to learn and grow, but this approach makes the process much more comfortable and supportive. Together, we'll create a practice that feels right for you.

  • Once you book your session, I’ll send you a Zoom link after payment. At the scheduled time, simply click the link to join. I’ll guide you through the class as if we were in the same room, offering real-time feedback and adjustments to support your practice.

  • Yes, I can see you clearly and will offer cues to help adjust your alignment. Having your camera set up so I can see your full body is helpful, and I’ll guide you through how to position it before we start.

  • While we won’t be in the same physical space, you’ll still receive personalized guidance and attention. Online classes can be more convenient, and you get the benefit of practicing in the comfort of your own home.

  • Absolutely! The session will be completely tailored to your needs, so we can focus on any specific style you prefer, whether it’s Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, or even a blend of styles.

  • Please let me know about any injuries or health concerns beforehand, and I’ll modify the practice to ensure it’s safe and suitable for you. Your well-being is my priority.

  • Payments can be made through bank transfer or through Stripe payment platform. I’ll provide all the details once we schedule the session.

  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for both of us.

  • Once you’ve booked and paid for a class, it’s valid for 6 months. I understand that life can get busy, so if something comes up and you can’t schedule your session right away, no worries! Just make sure to use it within that time, and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a suitable date.
