The course is delivered with prerecorded videos, audios, pdfs to support the lectures.
The lectures are bitesize to help digest the information as easily as possible.
The course is currently hosted on Momence which you can log in to via my website or download the Momence app and have access to material that way too.

There is ongoing support with Jessica Lee throughout the training via monthly Zoom calls where you can watch live or submit questions to be answered. There is a private community group for support and to ask questions in between those sessions.
Also, you can email with any questions as well.

The course is self paced.
You have access to the course for up to one year.
I would suggest taking at least 3 weeks to go through the course or up to 6 months so the information is fresh in your mind.

Everyone who completes the training and assignments will receive a certificate of completion.
For those yoga teachers who are Yoga Alliance registered you can add the hours to your continued education as the training is accredited with them.
Please be aware that in most countries for you to teach Yin Yoga you must have first completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and be insured.

Yes this course is Yoga Alliacne certified. If you are a member of Yoga Alliance you can use these hours for your continued hours on your membership.

Yes this training is open to students who wish to deepen their practice and knowledge about Yin Yoga. I’d recommend you have some experience of attending Yin yoga classes to be familiar with names and terms.

The material is available for 1 yr. This is more to encourage you to commit and get the training completed.

The training is on Teachable. You need stable wifi and a device to watch/listen to the training on . You need to share a video of yourself practice teaching so for this I’d recommend using your phone, laptop camera or laptop computer.

This is no problem at all. All live sessions are recorded and shared with students to rewatch. They are available for 1 month.
