My current Podcast list

Podcasts are something I love listening to. I thought I'd share some that I listen to at the moment. If you're not into podcasts yet then I would highly recommend just dipping your toe in and trying one. There is so much great content out there.

I'm always on the hunt for new podcasts so please do share any that you like. Send me a DM or comment below.

Here are the useful, fun yoga podcasts:

Mastering the Business of Yoga - Amanda is so amazing and talented.  Her weekly podcast covers as the title says the business of yoga. Amanda finds interesting yoga teachers to discuss their business and the true realities of being a yoga teacher.

Yoga girl - I’ve been listening to this for a while.  It is awesome as Rachel is open, and does her best to authentically share. There are many parts that aren't yoga related and just general life. I find it makes me laugh, and cry.

Lara Heimann is the yogi, physical therapist and neurodevelopmental treatment specialist behind Redefining Yoga. The podcast covers modern movement, compassion and the best way through injury.

Intelligent Edge Yoga is based around yoga and Ayurveda conversations led by Kathryn Anne Flynn. It's one that I dip in and out of depending on how much time I have in the week to listen or if I'm travelling it's a good one to download.

Yogaland Podcast - This is one that I'm sure to keep up with. It's led by Andrea Ferretti who was formerly executive editor of Yoga Journal. Jason Crandell joins frequently. The husband and wife duo have been heavily immersed in the world of yoga for almost two decades so have a wealth of knowledge to share. The episodes cover lots of areas within yoga and wellness. I love the Q&A section with questions from listeners being put to the experts of that week.

Non Yoga Related Podcasts

And then, I like to listen to non-yoga related topics. These aren't for everyone's taste but I'd suggest why not try them as it may lead you to discover another.

Fit and Fearless - the wonderful and fearless trio, Tally, Vic and Zanna, keeping it real, proper discussions around fitness & wellbeing. They're honest and say the things that we can all think at times. They've had some amazing guests join them like Carly Rowen, Dr Rangan Chatterjee and Lucy Sheridan.

The minimalists - these guys are awesome. They are the guys from the documentary that is available on Netflix. I like that at the heart of it is the message about finding minimalism that works for you. They're more into giving people the tools and having discussions rather than creating a movement with them heading it up.
T

Nick Bilton - From the Hive, I love this guy's voice and the topics he chooses to discuss. The talks are current events. The interviews are dynamic and energised. He usually interviews the leading minds in tech, politics, and culture to find out what motivates them, how they make decisions, what keeps them up at night, where their ideas come from, who they look to for advice, and where they think their industry is going.

Crime Junkies - What an awesome duo. I don't even know how I stumbled across them. I can tell you that when I did find them I listened to all of their current episodes in a week. They chose interesting cases to highlight the victim to try and help jog people's minds or keep press attention on the case.
