Another fabulous week of yoga.  After finishing the Ninja training I didn't want to start the week to intensely.  I feel in my classes I am observing students much more and trying to understand their bodies/movements.  I learnt so many things and I am slowly implementing them in my classes.Monday1hr Yin yoga class - attendedThis was a much-needed bit of TLC practice post-training.  I highly recommend checking out Yin yoga if you have the chance.Tuesday1hr Postnatal class - teaching1hr Vinyasa Flow - teaching1hr Vinyasa Flow - teachingIt's great to teach such diverse classes all in one day.  My day started with my regular postnatal class with babies.  The second class was a cover class at lunchtime where people will race for a class then zip out after.  The evening class was in a local gym studio.  There were a couple of beginners who came up to me at the end of class to say how much they enjoyed it.Wednesday45min Vinyasa Corporate class - teaching1hr Postnatal yoga class - teaching1hr 15 Vinyasa flow class - attending1hr 15min Restorative yoga class - attendingToday was a great mix of teaching and then attending classes.  I feel it's important to keep practicing and learning through teachers who have so many more years experience than I do.Thursday1hr Vinyasa corporate class - teaching30min Meditation - attendedI did a fully assisted savasana with my students today and one of the commented that they had almost fallen asleep.  It was a lovely class overall.Friday1hr Prenatal yoga class - teaching30min personal practiceA gentle flow to help the lovely mamas to be to prepare for a restful, relaxing weekend.  I ended my day by doing a personal practice focusing on poses to help me sleep.Saturday1 hr Vinyasa class teachingI did a slower flow focusing on alignment and lengthening.SundayDay off!  Today I have lain on my mat and taken some gentle twists which I wouldn't necessarily count as a yoga practice. Teaching hours – 7hr 45minPersonal Practice – 30minClasses attended – 3hr 30minMeditation – 30mins
