Feeling the energy of Spring

How are you friend?

Every January, we set intentions with the best will in the world and by March, most of them have quietly faded.

Here's what I've been thinking: spring is actually a far more natural time for new beginnings. The light is returning, energy is rising, and our bodies are genuinely more ready to move and change.  Now we are well into Spring I invite you to look at those intentions, ideas or things you want to bring into fruition again.  Now is the time.

In yoga philosophy, this aligns with the rajasic quality of the season: an increase in vitality and motivation that we can work with rather than against.

So if your January habits didn't stick, that's not a failure. It might just be that you were trying to bloom in the dark.

This spring, I'd invite you to pick one small thing like a morning stretch, five minutes of breath work, a walk without your phone and simply start. Small, consistent, sustainable.

The mat is here whenever you're ready.

Much love,

Jessica
