My week in yoga 30/07/18

What an amazing week!  I've had the best time and done so much yoga.Monday1hr Restorative yoga - attended15min Personal practiceI spent a short burst to time working on Dolphin and using my Feetup stand to practice being upside down.Tuesday1hr Postnatal yoga with baby - teaching1hr Yin class - attended15min Personal PracticeMy personal practice today was flowing through the sun salutations and taking my time to take a few breaths in each pose.Wednesday1hr Restorative yoga - attendedI feel like the weekend has caught up with me a bit and my body is in need of some TLC.  There's the second weekend of yoga coming up so I want to make sure I feel rested and ready for it.ThursdayDay off - no yoga for me today.  I did prepare my prenatal class and run through it but I am not sure I would call that an actual practice though!Friday10hr yoga teacher training1hr Prenatal yoga class - teachingIt feels great to be back with a wonderful group of people and just spending the day doing yoga.Saturday10hr yoga teacher trainingI am being blown away by the amount of knowledge and new skills we are learning as a group.  After the training today we had a delicious group dinner at a local Vietnamese restaurant.  It was a wonderful way to end the penultimate day of training.Sunday10hr yoga teacher trainingThe Advanced Assisting and Touch Methodology training that I have just completed has been fantastic.  It is taught in a positive environment with as much hands-on or feeling how it is on your body experience. Teaching hours – 2hrPersonal Practice – 30minClasses attended – 3hrTeacher Training – 30hrs
